This 6-month program is designed to establish lifetime change of bodyweight and composition. As muscle continues to be built, endurance increase with a usual goal of 20-40 lbs. or more, increased daily energy and significant lifestyle improvement taking hold.

4) Increased muscle building and endurance to reset lower setpoint.
